Nikon coolpix S600, control button malfunction, fix Zoom problem
this is common problem of dome button, average of failure or no function at all, 95% of chance that the button had been moved to dead end or contact oxidised.
There is a simple way to fix these problem to revert the machine back to work.
couple months ago, this camera has been starting response slow or intermittent no action when Zoom-Out button was pressed. so the problem was there, and it became worse than before, until today it is no more response. ok, need to fix this before tomorrow flight or else I will have journey without tools for shooting.
the bad contact of a dome button, need to fix by remove oxide, a cutter will do very job
